How to Join the KVHS Radio Communications Class

Ever wanted to be a part of the KVHS-FM, 90.5 The Edge Radio Team?
Now is your chance to become member of the ROP Radio Communications
Class. From February to July we are accepting applications for the next
class which begins in August. There is no tuition or sign up fees (this is
NOT a "broadcast school").

The class is open to high school students 16 years of age and older and
adult residents of Northern California. The class meets daily from 3 to 5
pm, Monday through Friday, in Concord on the Clayton Valley High School
campus. (For high school students, each semester counts as twice the
elective high school credits = 10).

From August to June, the class teaches all aspects of Radio, such as
equipment operation, performance and production, creative copywriting,
business communications, radio sales and promotions, resume and
demonstration/ aircheck package creation and professional job seeking
techniques.

class admission are held from May through July for the session which begins
in August. Applications are considered on a "first come, first served" basis,
so the sooner you submit yours, the better. Apply for KVHS today!
